Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Cape Clique! Just in case you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept returns within 14 days from the date packages have been delivered and items are in new condition (all items must be unworn, unstained, unused, and unwashed - with all tags attached). Here are some things you might want to know…

 

  • We will be happy to accept returns if it is a result of our error with a full refund. If you believe that your order is received damaged, incorrect, faulty or defective, please email us at service@capeclique.com with your full name, order number, product name and photos of the issue and a description of the fault. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. 

  • We are bummed things didn't work out for you, but we get it, sometimes it just doesn’t work out. It is absolutely important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase from us, which is why we offer store credit for the value of your return for our customers. Upon returning the items, you will receive a refund via store credit in the form of Cape Clique gift code that can be used on our store.

      Return Conditions

      • You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return the item please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
      • Item is in good shape, unused, untorn, and contains all its parts with their original tags/package and security label.
      • Free gifts must be in good shape, unused, untorn, and returned at once
      • We won't accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without contacting with us first.
      • Free gifts cannot be returned if lost or used, or its price must be deducted
      • Swimwear, lingerie, water bottles, bodysuit, accessories, socks and masks cannot be returned for sanitary reasons
      • The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
      • Customized products are not included in the return & refund service.

      Note: the below conditions are not quality issues:

      • Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, touch, and differences in color due to differences in monitor display do not constitute quality issues
      • Returns due to dissatisfaction in style, color, and changes in personal preference do not constitute quality issues
      • Damages due to use, wash, care, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors do not constitute quality issues
      • Defective goods that have been clearly indicated at the time of purchase do not constitute quality issues and are not accepted for returns
      • Please refer to our sizing chart for final decision on your purchase, as our service team can only offer our recommendations. Returns due to sizing issues do not constitute quality issues.
      • Due to differences in design and style between items, there may be slight differences to different items with the same size. Please refer to actual measurements.

      Please contact Customer Service, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
